Overthinking

  नमस्ते दोस्तों!  Sorry. I know I am late, but these exams have kept me busy. I, too, wish to upload blogs regularly on pertinent topics. Anyways, since we're on the same page now, time shouldn't be wasted on sobbing. Let's start, shall we? Overthinking, if simply put down in words, is an unhealthy habit that typically causes more stress by focusing on negative thoughts, dwelling on the past, and worrying about the future. You might do it now and then. What you did do in the past, what happened with you, keeps on haunting your brain, and thus it becomes a spree. You keep on wondering what ' could've been ' or what ' can be '. So on a plethora of unnecessary things. Don't worry, even though I am writing this blog and giving you suggestions, I still overthink.
